This was the first home Connie and I have sold and we are so very happy that we had the opportunity to work with Andy. Andy took the time to explain the processes and steps to preparing and selling our home. He provided constructive suggestions on how to prepare our house for sale. He was very approachable and easy to get in contact with. I would not hesitate to use Andy again if the need arose. I can't say enough good things about the work he did for Connie and I. We will forever be grateful for all his hard work. We will refer anyone we can to Andy in the future.
