As Sales Director of the Shorewest South Metro team, my primary goal is helping agents grow their real estate careers with a focus on exceptional service to their clients with skill, knowledge and professionalism. Additionally, my goal is having our team be involved in giving back to the community at various events with volunteerism.
For agents, it's essential to have a positive office environment of collaboration, diversity and learning. Being able to guide, mentor and coach agents to be the best in the field is what brings me daily joy.
Through my years in real estate, I believe we do much more working together as an industry with a focus on advocating for home ownership, property rights and accessibility to more housing options.
In 2022, was I humbled and honored to be the recipient of the GMAR “Realtor of the year” award as nominated by the Realtor community for my service the industry.
